• Returns/Exchanges are not accepted

•After a package is shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package whether it is lost, damaged, or stolen. If this happens please reach out regardless and I will try my best to make things right. 

• I cannot issue refunds for things out of my control such as USPS losing or damaging an item. 

•If your package is not received after the tracking number says it is delivered, please contact your local post office. They are the ones who can track down who delivers the item. 

•If a package is resent to me and it is not due to any mistake on my part, the customer will be asked to pay shipping for it to be resent. 

•Deposits for customs are non-refundable
